By using Faturify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Faturify is operated by Mohamad Jahmi, sole founder and operator, pending legal entity registration.
Faturify is a UAE e-invoicing software platform that generates PINT-AE compliant invoices. FTA submission via an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) is on our roadmap and will be enabled once our ASP integration is complete. In the current version, invoice XML is generated for your records and for manual submission. Faturify is a software vendor, not itself an ASP.
You are responsible for ensuring your TRN is valid and registered with the UAE FTA. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data including buyer TRN, line items, and VAT categories. Faturify generates invoices based on the data you provide and is not liable for errors in that data.
You must comply with all applicable UAE tax laws including VAT Law, Corporate Tax Law, and the e-invoicing mandate under Ministerial Decisions 243 and 244 of 2025.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in AED. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the start date. All prices exclude 5% UAE VAT.
Invoice limits reset at the start of each billing period. Overage charges apply per invoice above your plan limit at the rate specified in your plan.
Faturify is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not provide legal or tax advice. You should consult a qualified UAE tax advisor for compliance questions specific to your business.
Faturify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
